Entry is online only. Places are limited, so enter early.
Entry fees
- Age 18+: $40 per player, per category
- UFV students: $30 per player, per category (student ID may be checked at check-in)
- Youth (under 18 on November 21, 2026): $30 per player, per category
Pay online when you enter, by Interac e-Transfer or by card (3% more). Entries without payment aren’t accepted. In doubles the fee is per player, at each player’s own rate: one partner can pay for both, or each pays their own.
Your day, start to finish
- Register online. Pick your category, accept the rules and waiver and pay online. Players under 19 need a parent or guardian to accept for them.
- Pair up for doubles. One partner registers the team. We email the other partner a link to accept the waiver. Enter both players by the deadline, or we’ll pair you with another player if one is available.
- Check the draw. Partner pairings are posted by November 19, and draws and start times by November 20. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your match.
- Play your draw. Events with 3 or 4 entries play round robin; events with 5 or more play an elimination draw. Early rounds are a single game to 21.
- Semi-finals and finals. Best of three games to 15 points, for the title in each category.

Refunds
Withdraw before entries close on November 18 for a full refund. After that and before the draws, you’re refunded less a $15 service charge. Medical withdrawals with a signed physician’s note are refunded in full. Refunds are processed after the event and take about two weeks. Full refund policy
