- Withdrawal deadline: 11:59 pm, November 18, 2026
There will be a limit on the maximum number of entries. Enter early and don’t be disappointed.
Entry is online only, through the tournament registration page. No manual entries will be accepted.
- Any age group with 3 or fewer entries will be combined if possible.
- Changes to an entry are not permitted after the entry deadline.
- In doubles and mixed doubles, both players must be entered by the entry deadline, or they will be partnered with another player if available.
- Partner requests, changes and pairings are accepted until the entry close date; after that, no changes are allowed.
- Partner pairings will be posted by November 19 for review. Questions or clarifications must be raised with the HOC before the draw is published.
To avoid disappointment, don’t leave your registration to the last moment in case you need help with it.
When you enter, you accept these regulations and the waiver online and sign by typing your name. Players under 19 need a parent or guardian to accept for them. In doubles, your partner receives an email link to accept the waiver themselves.
Entry fees
- Age 18+: $40
- UFV students: $30 (student ID may be checked at check-in)

Payment is made online at the same time as entry. Entries not completed online, and entries without payment, will not be accepted. Card payments cost 3% more than Interac e-Transfer. In doubles the fee is per player, at each player’s own rate.
